How can I set up and use Image personalization?

What is Image personalisation?

Image personalisation is one of the types of personalisation where one can personalize images to include the prospect's name, first name, last name, email, phone, company, address, website, fax and logo and much more!

Personalizing your messages is a great way to engage customers and build relationships with them. It also saves you time that you would have spent on creating the same message manually.

Importance:

Personalized images can boost response rates significantly because images convey more emotion than text alone, and have an impact even before a recipient starts reading. Personalized images are especially eye-catching when they contain the recipient's name, a unique prompt that entices the recipient to continue reading.

With Vumu, It's super-easy to create a Personalized image and share it to a list of prospects with Vumu CRM, Vumu Email or other popular Integrations like Active campaign, mailchimp etc.

How to Create personalize image

Step01

From the main dashboard of Vumu, select the Personalization option.

Step02

The Personalize image dashboard will appear.

Step03

Click on "New Image" from right side.

Step04

Choose from the templates or "Start from Scratch".

Step05

Here a blank canvas will be clearly seen on the screen. Choose the set background option to add an image of your choice or image you want to personalize from your desktop.

Here you can see the Image is updated on the canvas. Also You can change the "Project Title" of your choice.

Step07

Here you can see the toolbar where multiple options are available. You can Zoom in, Zoom out the image or also can Undo or redo.

Here you can see multiple options at the right panel.
First option is “Image”. Here you can Add a new Image to the background, Can change the shape of the added Image, Also can change the Image width or height.

Next option is “Shapes”. Here you can add shapes to your Image, and can change the color of its border and background.

Next Option is “Text”. Here you can add text to your Image, and can change the Font style, size, or color of the text.

Click on "Add New Text" from the text panel. As clicked will create a "New Text" on the canvas. You can edit it by clicking on it.

Add tags: In the text you can add Tags. When you create new text or select the text at canvas the right bar appear. That provides various tags, Name, First_name, Last_name, company, email, etc.** Place these tags in the image and these will be replace with the prospects information.

Step13

For adding a fallback value for the tags. Click the "Add Fallback Labels".

Step14

Set the fallback value for the tags. If the personalize image does not get the tag information then the fallback value will appear. So that the prospects did not see the tag if there is no information available.

To check the ‘Preview’ with values to your chosen tag, click on the ‘preview’ button which is on the top right. A modal with image will appear. Please add value and update. This will show you the image with mentioned values.



After satisfaction with result please click the “Save & Next”.

How to use Image Personalization with a landing page.

This will direct you to the page where you have choose to add page URL with this image. Click on "Yes, i want to add URL".If you need to "Edit" the personalized image then click on "Edit" icon to back to canvas.

Further you can add a Vumu landing page of your own choice or can add any other page URL. So that prospects can click on the image and can land on your page.

How to use Image Personalization in your own ESP or CRM (Show available CRMs/ESPs)

After Adding the URL or Vumu landing page of your choice, You can simply get code of your favorite Integration. Click on "Get Code" from top or scroll down to bottom.

Click on any of your choice CRMs/ESPs and copy its code.



Within CRM/ESP's create a new email message within a campaign and then add a HTML Block and paste in the copied image link from above step.

Send personalize image using Vumu Inbox

Step01

Go to the Inbox option from the left Nav.

Step02

Click on “New conversation” and choose the “Send via Email” option.

Step03

Enter the ‘Recipient's email address’, ‘Subject’, and the ‘Email body’ to the displayed modal.

Step04

Hit the ‘Open Projects’ button to choose your personalized Image.

Step05

Click on ‘personalized Image’ tab from the modal. Choose a ‘personalized Image’ you want to share with your target audience.

The personalized landing page will get attached to your email body.

The email you sent will appear in your inbox.

Send personalize image using Vumu Contacts

Step01

Click on ‘Contacts’ from your left panel.

Step02

Choose any contact from your page you want to share your Personalized Image with.

A contact information page will appear when you click on any one of the contacts. Add the subject and the body of your email. To add the Personalized Image, click on the ‘Open Projects’ from the toolbar

Select ‘personalized Image’ from the displayed modal and Choose a ‘personalized Image’ you want to share with your target audience.

The personalized Image will get attached to your email body. Hit the ‘Send via email’ button to share the personalized Image.

The email you sent will appear in your inbox.

Send personalized image via Vumu SMS

Step01

Click on ‘Contacts’ from your left panel.

Step02

Choose any contact from your page you want to share your Image with.

Step03

A contact information page will appear when you click on any one of the contacts.
Choose SMS option

Step04

Add your recipient’s number and click on ‘enter your text’ field.
