How can I set up and use Landing Page personalization?

What is Landing Page Personalization?

Landing Page Personalization is an engagement strategy that is used to attract your visitors and they become your customers as it is highly customized communication. When your landing page is personalized, it will create an interest in your users and they are most likely to stay longer on your page.

There are a few easy steps to personalized your landing page but please keep that in mind, you must have a video on your dashboard.

Before sending the personalized landing page to your prospects, you can even customize your landing page

How to Personalize a landing page.

Step01

Click on ‘Personalization’ from your left panel on the dashboard.

Step02

Choose ‘Personalized landing page’ option.

Step03

Click on the ‘Get Started’ button to choose a video landing page from your dashboard.

Step04

Select any video landing page you want to send to your prospects from the displayed modal.

Step05

A page will appear where you’ll be able to make changes to your landing page and make it personalized.

Step06

Click on the ‘video title’, a list of tags will appear and you can choose any one from them according to your preferences.

Step07

You can add tags in the template by just clicking in the ‘text editor’ and a list of tags will appear.

Step08

To preview the ‘Tags’ value to your chosen tag, click on the ‘preview’ button which is on the left to the ‘save & next’ button.

The landing page will appear with the input fields. So that you can check the "Tags" with values.

Hit the ‘update’ button to save your added value and then you can see the value has been added to your tag while you are in preview mode.

Click on the ‘preview’ button to go back to the ‘editing’ mode.

Hit ‘save & next’ button to proceed further.

Use Image Personsaliation in your own ESP or CRM (Show available CRMs/ESPs)

Click on the ‘pencil shaped icon’ to go back to the editing mode

To send the personalized landing page to your prospects via integration tool, click on the ‘get code’ button that will redirect you to the bottom of the page

You can choose any one from the provided integration tools and send the personalized landing page to your target audiences



Within CRM/ESP's create a new email message and paste the copied image link from above step.

Right now there are following CRM page links you can get:

Tag's Fallback: Right now if the prospect information does not available for replacing the "Tags" then as fallback the "Tags" did not show up for that user.

Step01

Go to ‘Inbox’ from your left panel

Step02

Click on ‘New Conversation’

Choose ‘Send via Email’

Enter the ‘Recipient's email address’, ‘Subject’, and the ‘Email body’ to the displayed modal

Click the ‘Open Projects’ button to choose your personalized landing page

Step06

Go to ‘personalized landing page’ tab from the displayed modal

Choose a ‘personalized landing page’ you want to share with your target audience

The personalized landing page will get attached to your email body

Hit the ‘Send via email’ button to share the personalized landing page

The email you sent will appear in your inbox

Send personalize landing page using Vumu Contacts

Step01

Click on ‘Contacts’ from your left panel

Choose any contact from your page you want to share your landing page with

A contact information page will appear when you click on any one of the contacts

Click on the email panel to write your email

Add the subject and the body of your email

To add the Personalized Landing Page, click on the ‘Open Projects’ from the toolbar

Choose a ‘personalized landing page’ you want to share with your target audience

The personalized landing page will get attached to your email body

Hit the ‘Send via email’ button to share the personalized landing page

How to send Personalized Landing Page via SMS:

Step01

Click on ‘Contacts’ from your left panel

Choose any contact from your page you want to share your landing page with

A contact information page will appear when you click on any one of the contacts

Click on the panel to view the SMS field

Step05

Choose SMS option

Step06

Add your recipient’s number and click on ‘enter your text’ field

To add the Personalized Landing Page, click on the ‘Open Projects’ from the toolbar

Select ‘personalized landing page’ from the displayed modal

Step09

Choose a ‘personalized landing page’ you want to share with your target audience

Step10

The personalized landing page link will get attached to your SMS body

Step11

Hit the ‘Send via SMS’ button to share the personalized landing page

Step12

The SMS you sent will have the link and when prospect will click on the link, the personalized landing page will be open.
