How do I set up Cname for my email address?

If you have a purchased domain at your end, then you can use it as well for sending out emails/SMS to your prospects. Here are a few easy steps to follow:

Set up Cname for my email address

Step-01:
Click on the "Profile Icon" which is at the top right corner of your dashboard screen



Step-02:
Choose the "Settings" option from the drop-down menu



Step-03:
Go to the "Preferences" page from the left panel



Step-04:
Scroll down a bit and go to the "Email Addresses & Domains" section and click on "+add a custom address"



Step-05:
A modal will appear where you have to add the email address that you are using in your domain



Step-06:
After adding your email address, click on the "confirm" button



Step-07:
Your CNAME list will appear with "unauthenticated" status and you have to add them to your domain provider



Step-08:
After that, click on the "Verify Authentication" button to get it verified. it should be done within 48 hours



Step-09:
Once it gets verified, the "unauthenticated" status will be changed to authenticated



Step-10:
The "Set this email as default" will become enabled and you have to mark it check. Now all the Emails/SMS you sent out to your prospects will have this email address of yours
