How to add a recording in the email?

Vumu is providing you the facility to add a recorded video in an email. So, once you record a video, you can send it out to your prospects by staying in your Vumu account
You can send an email via Vumu Inbox or if you want to share with a specific customer, you can do it by opening the contacts page and sharing it from there.

See the details of how to add a recording in the email

via Contact:

Step-01:

Click on the "Contacts" icon from the left panel on the dashboard

Step-02:

You'll be redirected to the contacts page where you can see your already added contacts

Step-03:

Click on the contact and you will be redirected to a page where you can see your contact detail and an option to send out an email to him

Step-04:

Click on the "email" field to enable it

Step-05:

An email panel will appear, where you have to enter the required details

Step-06:

To add a recording to your email, click on the "Start Recording" button from the toolbar

Step-07:

Choose the ‘screen’ option and hit the ‘start recording’ button to record your screen

Step-08:

If you want to record your own video, choose ‘webcam’ and click the ‘start recording’ button to record a video

Step-09:

To record a screen and yourself, go with the ‘webcam+screen’ option and click on ‘start recording’



Step-10:
Click on the "send via Email" button to send the email to your contact

via Vumu Inbox:

Step-01:

Click on the "Inbox" button from the left panel of your dashboard

Step-02:

You'll be redirected to the Vumu Inbox.

Step-03:

Click on the "New conversation" button and choose the "Send via Email" option from the drop-down menu

Step-04:

A modal will appear where you have to enter your recipient's name, and the subject of your email and add something to your email body

Step-05:

To add a recording to your email, click on the "Start Recording" button from the toolbar

Step-06:

Choose the ‘screen’ option and hit the ‘start recording’ button to record your screen

Step-07:

If you want to record your own video, choose ‘webcam’ and click the ‘start recording’ button to record a video

Step-08:

To record a screen and yourself, go with the ‘webcam+screen’ option and click on ‘start recording’

Step-09:

Click on the "send via Email" button to send the email
