How to troubleshoot Microphone and Camera Permissions if you are a window/mac user:

Step01

Go to your Browser’s Settings page by clicking on the 3 dots button

Step02

Write ‘Site settings’ in the search bar

Step03

Click on ‘Vumu.io’ to view the settings

Step04

Hit the ‘Reset Permissions’ button

Close your browser and then open again and you are good to go

If you are a Mac user, please do these additional steps:

Open your ‘System Preferences’

Step02

Choose ‘Security and Privacy’

Step03

Go to ‘Microphone’ settings

Step04

Mark the Google Chrome checkbox check (If it is already marked check, please unmark it and then mark it done again)

Step05

Scroll down a bit and go to ‘screen recording’ option

Step06

Mark the Google Chrome checkbox check (If it is already marked check, please unmark it and then mark it done again)
