What happens when No Dynamic tags are available for my Personalized Image?

When you have multiple prospects and you want to send your personalized image to them at once, don't worry about how you can address them. Just add the tags, send it to your prospects and if the system doesn’t get their name, you can add the fallback value that should be relatable to your added tag.

Step01

Here you can add text to your Image, and can change the Font style, size, or color of the text.

Step02

You can add tags to your Image and their fallback value including the prospect's name, first name, last name, email, phone, company, address etc.

Step04

For adding a fallback value for the tags. Click the "Add Fallback Labels".

Step05

A modal with the tag input filed will appear. You can add "Fallback" value for the prospects.

Step05

To check the ‘fallback’ value to your chosen tag, click on the ‘preview’ button which is on the left to the ‘save & next’ button.
