What is Vumu Inbox?

By using Vumu Inbox, you can do multiple tasks through one feature, like you can send Emails, SMS, or even leaves a Comment. So, instead of going anywhere else to perform the mentioned actions individually, just do the following easy steps and you are good to go

Step-01:

Click on the "inbox" icon from the left panel on the dashboard

Step-02:

You will be redirected to the inbox page where you can start sending an email/SMS

Step-03:

Click on the "New Conversation" Button and a drop-down menu will appear

Send an Email

Step-01:

To send an Email to your target audience, click on "Send via Email"

Step-02:

An Email modal will appear and you'll be able to add the recipient's Email address, the Subject of the Email, and the Email body

Step-03:

A toolbar will be available so that you can make changes to your Email body

Step-04:

For formatting, your paragraph, click on the "Paragraph format" button

Step-05:

A drop-down menu will appear and you can choose any one from the given option

Step-06:

To make your content Bolder, click on the "**B**" button

Step-07:

Click on the "_I_" button to make your content Italic

Step-08:

To underline the text, click on the "__U__"

Step-09:

To make your text more customized, click on "More text"

Step-10:

A drop-down menu will appear having more options to edit your content

Step-11:

To choose the font style, click on "Font Family"

Step-12:

To choose the font size, click on the "Font Size" button

Step-13:

To apply color to your text, click on "Text Color"

Step-14:

To use the ordered list, click on "Ordered list"

Step-15:

To use the unordered list, click on the "Unordered list"

Step-16:

To keep your text on the left side, click on the "Align left" button

Step-17:

To keep your text in the center, click on the "Align center" button

Step-18:

To keep your text on the right side, click on the "Align right" button

Step-19:

To insert a link to your text, click on the "Insert link" button and a modal will appear

Step-20:

Insert the page URL, and page name in the given tab and click on "Insert"

Step-21:

If you want that the page opens in a new tab whenever your user clicks on the linked text, click on the checkbox before clicking on 'Insert" on the "Insert link" modal

Step-22:

If you want to share a recorded Video, click on the "start recording" button

Step-23:

After clicking on the "Start Recording" button, a modal will appear

Step-24:

Choose the ‘screen’ option and hit the ‘start recording’ button to record your screen

Step-25:

If you want to record your own video, choose ‘webcam’ and click the ‘start recording’ button to record a video

Step-26:

To record a screen and yourself, go with the ‘webcam+screen’ option and click on ‘start recording’

Step-27:

If you want to share any personalized image/Landing page, click on "Open Projects"

Step-28:

A modal will appear and you can use any video from your dashboard from the "Dashboard Video" section

Step-29:

To choose a personalized landing page, go to the "Personalized Landing Page" section

Step-30:

To choose a personalized image, go to the "Personalized Image" section

Step-31:

Hit the "send via email" button to send the Email

Send an SMS

Step-01:

To send an SMS to your target audience, click on "Send via SMS"

Step-02:

A modal will appear where you can add your recipient's number and the text in the text body

Step-03:

Hit the "send via SMS" button to send the SMS
